1. Who processes data
Golemos s.r.o. operates this website. Contact us at info@eshop-rychle.cz. We process personal data inside an uploaded invoice solely as a technical service provider acting on the user’s instruction.
2. Processing an invoice
Extraction, reading, validation, preview and individual or batch PDF creation all happen in your browser. Neither document content nor original files are sent to our PHP API or another server service, and they are not used for marketing, profiling or model training.
3. History on your device
Extracted XML and displayed data are automatically saved to IndexedDB in your browser only, for up to 20 documents and 90 days. The original PDF is not retained. You can delete one item or the entire history at any time.
4. Operational and analytics data
For security we may briefly process IP address, request time, response status and browser data based on legitimate interest. After consent, Google Tag Manager runs only on information pages. It never loads on the page containing the uploader, history or invoice preview.
5. Recipients and retention
Contracted hosting, network security and analytics providers may process technical metadata only as needed. Operational logs are retained only as long as required for security and troubleshooting. Transfers outside the EEA use appropriate GDPR safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw analytics consent at any time. Email info@eshop-rychle.cz. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or your local authority.
